Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the personal nature of Bnona’s earrings, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Accordingly, the following policy applies:

1. Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order only in the case of a manufacturing defect.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The defect must be manufacturing-related and clearly visible, not caused by misuse.
  • The request must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • Clear photos or a video showing the defect must be provided.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories.

Bnona reserves the right to inspect and assess the product before approving any request.

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Cases

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If no manufacturing defect is found.
  • If the product has been used or the original packaging has been removed.
  • If damage is caused by improper use or incorrect storage.
  • If the product has been exposed to water, perfumes, cosmetics, or chemicals.
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the design.
  • Requests submitted after 14 days from the delivery date.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, used earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Shipping & Fees

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Bnona will cover shipping costs.
  • If no defect is confirmed, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

5. Refund & Replacement Process

Once a manufacturing defect is verified, Bnona may, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product with the same item (subject to availability), or
  • Refund the product value only, excluding shipping fees.

6. General Terms

  • All return and exchange requests are subject to final approval by Bnona.
  • Bnona reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the above conditions.
  • This policy may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice.
